We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform repairs, maintenance, and customer support for a wide range of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out services, repairs, and maintenance on the entire product portfolio.

• Assess and complete warranty repairs, and provide technical support for customer requests.

• Prepare service quotes, invoices, and explain the value of parts to promote sales.

• Manage the spare parts inventory and handle orders and returns.

• Provide technical assistance to customers via phone or on-site, and deliver technical product training.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.

• At least 2 years of experience in technical services.

• Driver’s license (Category B).

• Strong knowledge of spare parts, products, electrical, and mechanical engineering.

• Customer-focused, with a commercial mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in German, English, and Microsoft Windows.
