Key Responsibilities:
Visit labs (universities, government, industry) to calibrate, maintain, and repair pipettes.
Collaborate with sales teams to promote services and provide technical support.
Cultivate new and repeat service accounts while meeting annual service targets.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain pipettes using technical tools and standards.
Maintain accurate records, including calibration results, customer signatures, and inventory management.
About You:
Background as a lab technician or engineer in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of lab experience with liquid handling equipment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, mechanically inclined.
Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
Ability to lift up to 25kg and willing to travel overnight up to 65% of the time.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience with pipette repair and maintenance in a lab setting.
A professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
