Key Responsibilities:

• Visit labs (universities, government, industry) to calibrate, maintain, and repair pipettes.

• Collaborate with sales teams to promote services and provide technical support.

• Cultivate new and repeat service accounts while meeting annual service targets.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain pipettes using technical tools and standards.

• Maintain accurate records, including calibration results, customer signatures, and inventory management.

About You:

• Background as a lab technician or engineer in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of lab experience with liquid handling equipment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, mechanically inclined.

• Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows.

• Ability to lift up to 25kg and willing to travel overnight up to 65% of the time.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Experience with pipette repair and maintenance in a lab setting.

• A professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
