About the Role:


Join the Finance Operations Center of Excellence as part of the Inventory Team, where you will focus on accounting and financial activities related to inventory. Your primary goal will be to enhance the efficiency of services provided to Europe and EMA countries. You will also work alongside your team lead to standardize processes and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement financial services accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion.

  • Oversee the correctness and timely delivery of inventory operations and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies to maintain financial data integrity.

  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to SOX controls to guarantee the accuracy and security of financial data and accounting transactions.

  • Collaborate with the General Accounting Team Leader to identify and implement process improvements in inventory.

  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing processes within your area of responsibility.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with a strong commitment to excellence.

  • Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Willingness to work in the office three days a week.
