About the Role:

As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you’ll manage customs and trade compliance for goods across the EMEA region. You will ensure smooth processes for imports and exports while following global and regional rules. Based in Belgium, this role requires three days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and adapt to customs and regulatory requirements.

• Manage export controls, supply chain security, and compliance processes.

• Support daily operations and guide teams in different locations.

• Assist with audits and maintain relationships with government agencies.

• Lead initiatives to improve compliance with European and local regulations.

• Maintain customs-related data and ensure accurate reporting.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in customs and trade.

• Knowledge of customs management systems (e.g., SAP GTS).

• Fluent in English and Dutch, with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and customer-focused.

• Action and results-oriented
